Except as otherwise provided in a written agreement signed by The Alexander B Meshkin Foundation dba Meshkin Foundation (the “Meshkin Foundation”) regarding your use of www.meshkinfoundation.org, www.alexanderbmeshkin.org, www.alexmeshkin.org (collectively or individually the “Site”), the Meshkin Foundation is providing you access to the Site subject to these Terms of Use and the Meshkin Foundation’s Privacy Policy. By accessing the Site, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Use and your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

The Meshkin Foundation reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, update, or remove portions of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, so please check them from time to time as your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of a changed terms. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE Meshkin FOUNDATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE, THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES DESCRIBED THEREIN, AND ANY INFORMATION OR APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH THE SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE MESHKIN FOUNDATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY OF ITS FUNCTIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE Meshkin FOUNDATION DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE OR THE SERVICES DESCRIBED THEREIN.

The Meshkin Foundation welcomes your grant applications, as well as your comments and feedback regarding the Site and the services described therein. However, we do not want and cannot accept any applications, ideas, materials, or suggestions you consider to be confidential or proprietary. Accordingly, a applications, supporting materials, comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, and other similar submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered to the Meshkin Foundation using the Site or otherwise, (collectively, “Submissions”) are not confidenti and, when submitted, will become the property of the Meshkin Foundation (with the exception of any intellectual property rights contained within any supporting materials provided by you with your grant application, which intellectual property rights will remain the property of their respective owners).
